Should your apron not make you happy...
- Please contact us to let us know so that we can improve on our design.
- Within 15 days of purchase you may send it back to us for a refund provided that the apron has not been worn (except to try on), damaged in any way or washed and all the tags and packaging are intact.
- A credit equal to the price of the apron will be refunded once we have received your returned apron.
- A credit equal to the price of the apron and shipping will only be issued if we shipped you the wrong apron.

Should your apron have manufacturing defects....
- Most sorry about that. Defects such as weak stitching, faulty hardware or fabric defects we will gladly exchange for you.
- Contact us via email or phone and we will send you return shipping information.
- We will exchange or repair your apron if it is defective up to 30 days after purchase.
- We will ship your exchanged apron once we have received your returned apron.
- As our fabric colors change, if you need to exchange your apron due to manufacturing defects and the color style is no longer available you may choose from our current inventory another apron at a price that is equal to or less than your paid price.
Refunds or exchanges will not be made for....
- Damage from normal wear and tear. For example, ink stains, food stains, oil stains etc. or improper washing (washing too hot or with the apron string attached for example), tearing of fabric caused by getting the apron caught on something, slip of the scissors or the knife etc.
- If requests are made to return or exchange a product after the stated accepted time frames.
