Fully cooked. Fine in Refrigerator for 3 days or freeze and defrost when needed.
As all of our sausages are fully cooked, you simply just need to heat them up. However, for best results steam them for 4-6 minutes. Then finish them on the grill or in a sauté pan with olive oil or butter. This step helps to ‘crisp’ the casing for that desired snap. Or, you can slice the sausage into disks then pan fry and add to your favorite pasta, soup or dish!
